EQUIPMENT

The press has a wide range of type, much of which is
foundry type, the rest being monotype cast.
Together with this many display and titling fonts are
stocked. Also a good deal of traditional ornament
and borders.
Approximately 200 cases of type are held. The main
composition faces being: Caslon, Centaur, Garamond,
Baskerville and Perpetua.

The press works almost exclusively with the best of
mould-made and hand-made papers through
accounts held with Purcell Papers and RK Burts.
Occasionally old papers are sourced.
